1. The Product

TakeoutReader is a digital service that reads your Google Takeout export in your browser and generates a readable report. The purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the full report for a single export. No subscription is created and no recurring charge is made.

2. Price & Payment

The price is displayed on the website before purchase and is charged in a single payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TakeoutReader never sees or stores your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe approves the payment.

3. Instant Delivery

The product is digital content delivered immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the full report is unlocked and available in your browser. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that delivery begins at once.

4. No Refunds

Because the product is digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation once delivery has begun.

We encourage you to review the free preview and the information on our website before buying, so you know exactly what the report contains.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a valid Google Takeout export and for using the service in accordance with these terms. The report is generated from the file you upload; the quality and completeness of the report depend on the contents of that export.

6. Warranty & Liability

TakeoutReader is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that the report will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Data & Privacy

Your Google Takeout data is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
